The Seminary behind Barbed Wire

Important place for Memory, the Seminar is the largest seminar behind barbed wire that existed.

Between 1940 and 1944, this place was a transit camp for French prisoners before their departure to Germany. Used as University of Theology in 1945, the Seminary hosted more than 950 german prisonners seminarians from 1945 to 1947. You will discover the history of the priest Franz Stock, photos and objects of this period.

April 1 to October 31, Wednesday and Saturday from 2.30pm to 6pm

November 1st to March 31st, Wednesday and Saturday from 2.30 to 4pm.
