  • In the former Bishop's Palace, the Fine Arts Museum boasts rich collections of ancient and modern art on display all year round. Works by Zurbaran, Chardin, Vlaminck, Soutine, an Oceania collection and a set of harpsichords from the 17th and 18th centuries.

    Le Palais Episcopal est composé de plusieurs bâtiments construits à partir du 12e siècle, remanié et complété au cours du temps et achevé au cours du 18e siècle. Des personnages illustres ont logé dans cet édifice : Henri IV lors de son sacre en 1594 et Napoléon en 1811. Le Palais abrite le Musée des Beaux-Arts avec de nombreuses collections de peintures (Zurbaran, Chardin, Soutine, un important fonds Vlaminck... et beaucoup d'autres surprises), sculptures, émaux mais aussi collection d’objets en verre de Henri Navarre…
